Soap Opera star, Victor Alfieri, sues female film producer for sexual harassment

Italian actor and star of the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Victor Alfieri has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against a female film producer.

Alfieri alleges that Adriana Trevino invested $150 thousand into his film project but later made it clear that she wanted to have a sexual relationship with him after the investment. A sexual harassment attorney would define this as quid pro quo harassment.

The lawsuit also claims that Trevino once suggested they have sex to “relieve some stress,” but he refused. Since he refused her offer of sex, she then requested he send her a picture of his penis, so she could use it to masturbate. He refused this request, as well.

We often get the impression that only women are harassed but a sexual harassment lawyer can affirm that men are also plagued with this problem, too.

When Trevino finally got the message she didn’t let it go, instead she called Alfieri’s mother in Italy and told her that the two had a sexual relationship. The news upset Alfieri’s mother so much that she had to be hospitalized.

Alfieri also alleges that Trevino stole footage of his film. His lawsuit is seeking the stolen film footage and unspecified monetary damages.

People, who are subjected to sexual harassment, frequently try to end the harassment without legal intervention. When their harassers refuse to stop these behaviors the people who must endure it can hire a sexual harassment attorney.
