2) Eat smart = Eat more frequent meals – One of the most important tips on healthy eating, eat regular meals. Skipping meals can result in excessive feeling of hunger, often resulting in overeating.

 

3) Water – Another important tip on healthy eating, drinking more water is a vital part of a healthy diet. Our bodies are about 75% water. Water is a zero calorie drink which helps flush our systems, especially the kidneys and bladder, of waste products and toxins.
