According to Ryan Leaf’s attorney the former quarterback plans to turn himself in today Friday June 19, 2009. Ryan Leaf was charged with burglary and drug-related charges. He was indicted in May in Canyon, Texas. Leaf was released by San Diego after three seasons and played part of the year with the Dallas Cowboys.
