Albuquerque Police Arrest Two Suspects in Fatal Denny’s Restaurant Shooting

Albuquerque, New Mexico police have arrested two suspects believed to be involved in a fatal shooting at a Denny’s Restaurant on Saturday morning while a search for at least two more suspects continues.

According to reports as many as four heavily armed masked men entered the packed Denny’s Restaurant around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and demanded money. Witnesses told police that when a female employee attempted to run to the back of the restaurant she was gunned down.

Police were on the scene within minutes and managed to arrest one of the suspects at the restaurant and they tracked a second suspect to a trailer park where they apprehended him. Later in the day a tactical team surrounded a home where two more suspects were thought to be but a search of the home revealed the house to be empty.
