Mrs. Brebaugh has more than 25 years of successful experience in operations, specializing in the creation and implementation of strategic plans for start-ups. She is co-founder and principal at Ed Ideas, Inc. where she will remain in a role on their Board of Directors. In previous roles Brebaugh served as VP for the University of Phoenix, serving on the Executive Compliance Committee, and spearheading the first revenue generating operations originating from the corporate offices. During her tenure enrollment grew from a few thousand students to more than 300,0000. She later co-founded BEST, a pioneer in the education services industry, and HEG, a technology based marketing and consulting company leveraging the internet. In addition, Mrs. Brebaugh has served in a consulting capacity, providing investor guidance in the postsecondary education market and assistance to hundreds of traditional and for-profit colleges and universities in the United States.

Mrs. Brebaugh is a graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she earned her teaching credentials in secondary education.
