Alsbridge, Inc. announced today that it has been added to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) federal supplier list as an authorized vendor of consulting services.
The new listing on the GSA schedule will allow federal agencies to more easily contract for Alsbridge’s consulting services through the GSA contracting vehicle. GSA schedules are unfunded, five-year contracts listing the prices the government has negotiated to pay for suppliers’ products and services. Vendors must pass through an arduous and lengthy review process in order to be approved for GSA listing. Buyers save time and reach better purchasing decisions by procuring through the pre-approved list of suppliers.
“The new administration has launched an initiative to change sourcing in government, and federal procurement employees will need help in doing so,” said Ben Trowbridge, CEO of Alsbridge. “Now that Alsbridge is listed on the GSA MOBIS schedule, our experience with federal agencies and our expertise in new and innovative sourcing strategies being implemented in commercial markets will help government agencies and U.S. citizens benefit from the groundswell of change.”
Federal agencies and other organizations using the GSA schedule for purchases may now contract for Alsbridge’s sourcing advisory services through Schedule 874, Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (“MOBIS”). Alsbridge is listed on the schedule in Special Item Number (SIN) 874-1, MOBIS Consulting Services and SIN 874-6, Acquisition Management Support, and is GSA contract number GS-10F-0202V.
Alsbridge is classified by the U.S. government as a veteran-owned business, and has provided services to federal agencies such as NASA since 2007. The firm’s consultants and managing directors have authored a series of papers and broadcast a series of webcasts on topics related to federal procurement and sourcing strategies.
