Whitney Houston reportedly had a diva moment this week on a Delta plane. TMZ reports Houston, 48, refused to buckle her seat belt on board a flight from Atlanta to Detroit and ended up arguing with a flight attendant before takeoff. Sources say Houston was told she would be removed from the plane if she continued to refuse to follow the rules. She eventually allowed a flight attendant to buckle the seat belt for her.
Sources tells People magazine Houston was simply “exhausted.” “She wasn't drunk, drinking or on drugs; she was just exhausted," the insider says.
Delta has not commented. Houston is not the only celebrity to have problems on a flight. Last month, L Word actress Leisha Hailey was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight for kissing her girlfriend. Southwest said Hailey and her girlfriend Nina Garduno were booted because their behavior was considered to be “excessive.”
