Fall Weather Brings Breakfast Back to Bungalow Bar and Grill
Fall weather has returned to the valley, which means Bungalow Bar & Grill, Scottsdale’s must-visit outdoor dining experience, is bringing back its famed weekend breakfast menu.
“It’s the time of year that Arizonans live for,” said Trish Clark, manager of Bungalow Bar and Grill. “The summer heat has broken and people are out in the morning, enjoying the cool, morning air. It’s the perfect time to spend out on our patio, sipping great coffee and trying out some of the best breakfast recipes the Valley has to offer.”
The chefs at Bungalow Bar and Grill create gourmet versions of America’s favorite breakfast traditions, including the Quik Fix, two eggs any style, served with bacon, home-style potatoes with a twist and toast; the Breakfast Burrito, chorizo sausage, potatoes, eggs, green onions, cilantro, con queso and enchilada sauce; Fluffy Home-Style Pancakes, three golden brown pancakes topped with fresh, sliced strawberries, and more.
“We love serving American favorites with a twist,” said Clark. “These dishes are ones everyone loves, and they’ll love them even more once they’ve had them prepared by our chefs at Bungalow Bar and Grill.
“I can’t tell you our secrets, but I can say that you’ll taste the difference, and we’re sure you’ll love it.”
Additional menu favorites include Hearty Homemade Biscuits-N-Gravy, Build Your Own Omelets or Fluffy Egg-White Omelets served with choices of ham, sausage, bacon, turkey, chorizo sausage, and fresh tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and roasted red peppers; Salmon-N-Eggs, scrambled eggs mixed with salmon, onion, cream cheese and served with bagel chips and Bungalow’s own country potatoes; and Lox-N-Bagels, served with smoked salmon, onions, cream cheese, capers and tomatoes on a toasted bagel.
Bungalow Bar and Grill will open at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the fall to serve Bungalow’s Breakfast Menu.
Bungalow’s SKYY Bloody Mary bar, open to customers Saturday and Sunday mornings, is a crowd pleaser. The bar is self-serve and features SKYY Vodka and all the trimmings.
“You owe it to yourself to come out and experience our beautiful, Arizona mornings outside on Bungalow’s patio and indulging in a truly fine breakfast made just for you,” Clark said.
Fans of both the NFL and NCAA can will also be able to see Saturday and Sunday morning games on large-screen TVs that will show the NFL season schedule and the NCAA season schedule.
