Disney star Mitchel Musso was arrested over the weekend in Burbank, California for drunk driving. The 20-year-old actor, who is best known for starring alongside Miley Cyrus on Hannah Montana, was pulled over shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday after he failed to drive slowly through an area where officers were directing traffic.
TMZ reports officers smelled the “strong odor of alcohol” coming from Musso’s 2007 Mercedes Benz. Musso failed a field sobriety test and blew above a .08 on a breathalyzer test. He was booked for suspicion of DUI and bail was set at $5,000.
No other details were available. Musso has not commented.
