Shia LaBeouf was reportedly involved in a bar fight last week that ended with an unidentified man repeatedly punching him as he lay on a sidewalk.
According to reports, the actor was having drinks at Cinema Public House in Vancouver, Canada when the fight started. Vancouver radio station News1130 reports LaBeouf “threw the other man to the ground inside the bar” before security took both men outside. The man then ripped off his shirt and began punching LaBeouf as the actor lay on the sidewalk. Bystanders quickly pulled the men apart. LaBeouf, 25, was restrained by friends.
A rep for LaBeouf has not commented. Last week’s incident is not LaBeouf’s first bar fight. On February 5, 2011, he and another man fought at the Mad Bull’s Tavern Bar in Sherman Oaks. LaBeouf and the unidentified man were questioned by police. No arrests were made.
