Jayson Hunter reveals four healthy eating tips that you must follow

The purpose of any healthy eating tips is to ensure that you follow a balanced diet and maintain good health over the long term. Registered dietitian, Jayson Hunter reveals four healthy eating tips that can be easily followed by any individual. He believes that everyone wants to live a long and healthy life and all we need to do is follow some basic healthy eating tips to get there.


Hunter explains, “Nowadays, given the lack of time to eat healthy home cooked meals, we tend to opt for the different forms of junk foods. This is exactly where healthy eating tips come into the picture”. He adds, “Healthy eating tips will make us aware of the available choices in food and also help us make the right choice”. 
 
Here are Hunter’s four simple healthy eating tips that must be followed:
 
1) Eat your Breakfast like a King – The most important meal of the day is your breakfast. Ensure that you don’t skip your breakfast and you always begin your day by eating a healthy breakfast.
 
2) Lots of water – Drink lots of water, about 6-8 glasses of water on a daily basis. Replace the beers and sodas with bottled water. 
 
3) Add fish to your diet – Seafood like fish is excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids or essential fatty acids (EFAs). EFAs are known to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.


4) Eat Fruits instead of desert – Feel like having something sweet after your meal. Skip your intake of excess calories by skipping your desert. Instead go for a fruit full of fiber and essential vitamins and minerals.
