“This is yet another attempt,” says Deborah Mains, a

Removing Justice Wallace from the State Supreme Court for political reasons was bad, but this is worse. It’s politicizing the judiciary in a way which is unseemly and which undermines the three estates of our government.”
“It’s also, in our view,” says Kevin, “a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct governing lawyers. If he were in private practice, he’d be severely disciplined for such a lack of professionalism.”
