Kim Kardashian’s decision to file for divorce from Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage has the full support of the Kardashian family. Kim’s brother and two sisters rallied around her Monday with public words of encouragement.
After performing on Dancing with the Stars Monday night, Rob Kardashian spoke out to People magazine. "Obviously she's going through a lot right now, but she has her family and we're very supportive of everything she does and every decision that she makes," he said.
Earlier in the day, Kim’s older sister Kourtney Kardashian offered her support in a blog post. "Our sister is going through a difficult time but we're a close family and are sticking together like always. Kim, we love you. We appreciate everyone’s kindness and support,” she said.
Younger sister Khloe Kardashian Odom also addressed the situation on her blog. “I just want to thank all of our amazing fans for your unconditional love and support. My sister is going through a very difficult time and your kindness right now means the world to all of us. Kim, we love you more than anything," she wrote.
Kim, 31, filed for divorce Monday citing irreconcilable differences. She listed the date of separation at October 31, 2011 and requested that Humphries, 26, be denied spousal support.
