Recruiters may not be the only members of the working world
to stretch the truth from time to time, but they certainly have a defined and
consistent set of go-to lies locked down, according to a recent whitepaper
released by Kinetix, the RPO for growth
companies. Kinetix outlines some of the
top lies in the recruiting game and challenges recruiters to exercise the truth,
in
“Stop
the Spin! The 7 Biggest Lies in Recruiting.”
“It’s not that recruiters set out to
be anything less than factual, but they’re trapped by a nasty cocktail of
