Christmas Made Easier for Food Allergy Sufferers

If a family member suffers from food allergies or intolerances, there is an awareness of the increased stress that accompanies holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year. Not only is there an increased likelihood of exposure to problem foods and drinks, there is also the added feeling of missing out on all the goodies that the season has to offer.

That’s why online website WhatCanIEat.com.au has launched their first ever Christmas Magazine, jam packed full of recipes and ideas to get everyone through the season as jolly as Santa himself. Now it is possible to have an additive free Christmas without the stress and one article in the magazine alone gives 7 fabulous tips to make it all easy and enjoyable.

Founder, Kylie Hollonds who has fifteen years’ experience working in the food intolerance industry and knows personally the extra pressure put upon families at meal times said, "This magazine will certainly solve a lot of problems that food allergy sufferers like me and my family face, particularly at this time of year".

Kylie came up with the idea after several requests for Christmas recipes that looked, smelled and tasted every bit as good as regular products and knew that having an easily downloadable recipe magazine was the perfect solution. It is believed that this is the first magazine of its kind especially created for those with all manner of food intolerances and allergies.

Kate proudly stated, "Both adults and children can feel left out when they have problems eating the food they adore and so parents and grandparents will love to serve up these delicious meals and treats this year without feeling they are compromising on taste and texture".
