This groundbreaking security solution enables equipment vendors to rapidly improve their Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention (IDS/IPS) products in terms of performance and protective capability. Existing IPS solutions often shortcut the amount of traffic they inspect, to keep their benchmark results high. For example, a default Snort installation only looks at the first 300 bytes of web server response traffic.
