Just three months after announcing her engagement, Heather Locklear has confirmed she is no longer planning to wed her boyfriend of 4 years, actor Jack Wagner. Rumors of a split began circulating Monday after Locklear was spotted at the L.A. Premiere of Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 without her engagement ring.
The reason for sacking the wedding was not given. Locklear’s rep simply told Us Weekly, “Jack and Heather are no longer engaged.”
Locklear, 50, and Wagner, 52, met in the early 90s when they starred together on Melrose Place. Their characters, Amanda Woodward and Dr. Peter Burns, dated and eventually married. Locklear and Wagner began dating in 2007 after both ending marriages. Wagner divorced Kristina Wagner in 2006 and Locklear ended her 13 year marriage to second husband Richie Sambora in 2007. Her first marriage to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee ended in 1993 after 7 years.
