Alsbridge, Inc. Adds Shared Services Design Expert to Outsourcing Consulting Practice

Award-winning global sourcing advisory and benchmarking firm, Alsbridge, Inc., today announced the addition of Holly Bush to its team of specialized sourcing consultants.

Holly has over 16 years of experience leading broad-based Shared Services transformation programs. She specializes in the design and stand-up of multi-functional shared services organizations across a broad range of industries as well as working with clients to optimize Finance and Accounting (F&A) portfolios and F&A process re-engineering.

Prior to joining Alsbridge, Holly held several senior leadership positions. Her experience includes managing the Shared Services program efforts for the Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Procurement functions within a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company, leading and managing a feasibility study for a Fortune 10 Oil & Gas company that identified $500 million in cost reduction and value creation opportunities, leading and managing a Shared Services/Outsourcing program for a leading Canadian Media Company and managing a $65M third party contract restructuring and negotiation initiative for a North American Financial Institution.
