Mariah Yeater Reportedly Drops Lawsuit Against Justin Bieber

It looks like Justin Bieber’s baby scandal has come to a quiet end. According to reports, Mariah Yeater dropped her paternity lawsuit against the pop star last week after her lawyers withdrew from the case.

In the lawsuit filed last month, the 20-year-old claimed Bieber is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn. She requested that Bieber, 17, be forced to take a paternity test to prove her allegations. Yeater sought financial support for her son.

The alleged sexual encounter happened on October 25, 2010 after one of Beiber’s body guards approached Yeater with an offer to meet him backstage after his performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the suit claimed.

"After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation,” Yeater alleged. "Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.”

Bieber, then 16, allegedly told Yeater he wanted to “make love.” “I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time,” she wrote in court documents.

Yeater said she was taken to a bathroom where Bieber proceeded to undress her. “We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to,” she claimed. "In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything."

"On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby,” Yeater said.

Bieber denied all of Yeater’s claims and his lawyers vowed to "vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions."
