Officials say the 9-seat bus was overloaded with 64 passengers, the majority of them 5 and 6-year-olds going to Yulinzi's Little Doctor Kindergarten, when it collided head-on with a coal truck. Eighteen children and two adults died. The school bus driver and a teacher were among the dead. Another 44 children were injured, with at least 12 of them in serious condition.
