Disney star Selena Gomez has stuck by boyfriend Justin Bieber’s side since 20-year-old Mariah Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit against him two weeks ago, but that doesn’t mean it has been easy. Speaking on Thursday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show, Gomez admitted it is has been hard to deal with the scandal.
"What a crazy last two weeks it's been in the news," Ellen DeGeneres commented.
"To say the least," Gomez replied. “It’s not easy.”
When DeGeneres asked if she is “alright,” Gomez answered, "I have been, yeah.”
Bieber, 17, has repeatedly denied Yeater’s claims that he is the father of her 4-month-old son. The lawsuit was dropped this week, but Yeater is reportedly still pushing for Bieber to take a paternity test.
