Son of Celebrity Hairstylist Paul Mitchell Sued for Sexual Harassment

Angus Mitchell, the son of Paul Mitchell, is being sued by a former male employee for sexual harassment and forcing his staff to buy cocaine. Angus, who is also a respected hairstylist, is also being accused of wrongful termination by Richard Flett. TMZ first reported the story earlier today.

Flett’s lawsuit alleges that Angus was a “penis –grabbing, coke snorting face humper,” who subjected him to unusual sexual harassment and encouraged excessive drug use in employees.

Flett’s suit also claims that Angus snuck into his hotel room to watch his penis while he slept, and he would grab his crotch in front of other employees. Flett stated that Angus would watch him urinate and once shoved Flett’s crotch in his face in order to “hump” it.

More and more men are retaining sexual harassment attorneys and exposing this misconduct. In the past, most instances of sexual harassment have been reported by women, but men are more are becoming more comfortable with reporting harassment and are speaking out.

Flett file his lawsuit last week in LA Superior Court, and also accused Angus of forcing employees to purchase cocaine and use the drug with him.

Flett also says he was wrongfully fired. If his employment was terminated out of retaliation, a sexual harassment lawyer will be able to seek out back and future pay, once a court determines the allegations are true.

Representatives for Angus say the allegation are completely false, but if a sexual harassment attorney can prove these things happened Angus faces a sizable lawsuit.
