A strong earthquake rattled Bolivia Tuesday afternoon, but did not cause any damages, injuries or deaths. The U.S. Geological Survey initially reported a 6.7 magnitude tremor, but later downgraded it to a 6.2 magnitude.
The earthquake struck about 115 miles south-southeast of Santa Ana, Bolivia at a depth of 330 miles. Shaking was felt as far as 215 miles away from the epicenter in the capital of La Paz.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said there was no tsunami threat to Hawaii. No other details on the earthquake have been released.
