Britney Spears’ boyfriend Jason Trawick is on the verge of popping the question, RadarOnline.com reports. A source close to the pop star says Trawick has made several visits to various jewelers looking for the perfect engagement ring.
“He has been everywhere from Tiffany to Harry Winston looking for a ring and he is close to making his final decision. Don’t expect anything too massive or obnoxious. This ring will be classy and under 4-carats,” the source tells Radar.
Spears, 29, and Trawick, 39, have been dating since 2009. Trawick appears alongside Spears in her new music video for ‘Criminal’ and is currently accompanying her on the South American leg on her Femme Fatale tour.
This will be the third marriage for Spears. The pop star’s first marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander in January 2004 was annulled after 55 hours. Spears married backup dancer Kevin Federline in September 2004 after three months of dating. They welcomed two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, before their divorce in 2007.
