Pride One Construction Hires Joseph Allen Agencies to Publicize New California Hotel Condominium Project

Pride One Construction based out of Medina, Ohio has hired the Palm Springs based public relations and marketing firm of Joseph Allen Agencies to publicize and promote their latest West Coast property development project.

Joseph Allen agencies will coordinate all PR and marketing efforts for the project, beginning with groundbreaking and continuing through the grand opening and through to sell-out.

The property, named Random Haus at San Lorenzo, will operate as a condominium hotel until the units are sold as 1/12 fractions.

“We are very excited to be on board with this project,” said  Pride One Managing Partner Doug Leohr, “and we are confident that Joseph Allen Agencies will give us that needed edge to make this a highly successful endeavor.

The condominiums will range from approximately 1100 to over 2000 square feet with two- and three- bedroom, two- and three-bath units available. The sales efforts for these fractions will be coordinated by Palm Springs based FG Worldwide, with sales tentatively scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2012.
