Star of the hit reality show, Dog the Bounty Hunter was released on $300,000 bail from a federal detention center after a Honolulu judge determined Chapman was not a flight risk. Chapman and two other members of his bounty hunting crew will be forced to wear ankle bracelets as a monitoring device. They will not be allowed to leave their homes for anything other than work.
Dog Chapman and the other two members of his team will remain free until their extradition hearing. The three men faces charges in Mexico for the 2003 capture of Andrew Luster, the Max Factor cosmetics heir who fled the U.S. after being convicted of rape. Luster is now serving a 124-year sentence.
