Foundations Recovery Network Announces Chief Human Resources Officer

Dual Diagnosis Company brings on former O’Charley’s Inc., senior management team member in HR department.

Foundations Recovery Network is pleased to announce Carol Arrowood as the chief human resources officer.

Arrowood joined Foundations Recovery Network in May 2009. Prior to this, she was the vice president of corporate human resources operations for 14 years with O’Charley’s Inc., a large publicly held, multi-brand restaurant company with locations in 25 states with over 25,000 employees.

During her tenure and as part of the senior management team, the company grew from 38 company owned restaurants to three brands with 350 locations. During this period, revenues grew from $85 million to $997 million.

Arrowood established and directed all core human resources function such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and HRIS. She also has extensive experience in employment law, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, project management and process improvement.

Prior to O’Charley’s Inc., Arrowood was a consultant with Kraft CPAs, a large local accounting firm that offered HR Consulting Services. Initially, she entered the field of HR in 1986 with Hospital Corporation of America and recruited medical personnel for the King Faisal Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Arrowood graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lipscomb University.
