Boxing legend Muhammad Ali was reportedly hospitalized in Arizona after falling unconscious at his Phoenix-area home. Star magazine reports Ali, 69, was taken by ambulance to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center on November 19. It is unclear how long he was held in the hospital, but sources say he was home for Thanksgiving.
Paradise Valley authorities have confirmed they received a 911 call from Ali’s home, but they did not confirm the call was for the former boxer, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. "The victim started to pass out in the car and when they got him into the house he fell unconscious," a spokesperson for the Paradise Valley Police Department told Star. "The 911 tape was filled with details of prescriptions and medical details about the victim who was suffering from an ongoing medical condition. The police department transferred the call to the Fire Unit who sent paramedics."
No other details were available.
