Morgan and Morgan is pleased to announce that it has worked with the family of Michelle Parker to establish a trust fund on behalf of the missing Florida mom and her children. The Michelle Loree Parker Trust Fund will help finance rescue efforts and provide for Parker’s children in the wake of her disappearance. The fund is now accepting donations which can be made through Morgan and Morgan’s website at
http://www.forthepeople.com/michelle-parker.htm.
In addition to helping establish the Michelle Loree
Parker Trust Fund, Morgan and Morgan is also providing the family with pro bono legal services. With Matt Morgan acting as their representative, the family will be guided through legal matters stemming from Parker’s disappearance.
Parker was last seen on Nov. 17 after dropping her three-year-old twins at ex-fiancé Dale Smith’s home. This was the same date on which the couple’s “The People’s Court” episode aired on television. During the segment, the pair argued over an engagement ring, valued at $5000, which was lost after Parker threw it at Smith during an argument in a hotel. The ring fell nine stories and was unable to be retrieved from the hotel’s atrium. Hours after this taped episode aired, Parker vanished. Smith is believed to be the last person to have seen her.
