Khloe Kardashian is being sued by a transgender woman for an alleged attack that took place two years ago. Chantal Spears, formerly Ronald Spears, claims she suffered serious injuries and “severe mental anguish” when Kardashian “violently struck in and about her body” on the night of December 5, 2009. She is seeking unspecified damages.
The alleged attack took place at the Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood. In her lawsuit, Spears says she did nothing to provoke the attack. She claims that she simply told Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom that he was too young to be married and Kardashian apparently took offense.
In a video posted on TMZ at the time of the incident, Spears explained, "All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," she explained. "She hit me. She pushed me and hit me. [Security] didn't say nothing. It was her. She looked in my face. I tried to get her and she pushed me again."
Kardashian has not commented.
