Melloy Dodge, Albuquerque, New Mexico’s trusted and respected Dodge Ram vehicle dealership, auto finance team, and certified service department, announced today their co-sponsorship of the 22nd annual KOATs for Kids Campaign. Participation in this campaign is a result of the ongoing commitment Melloy Dodge has made to giving back to the Albuquerque community.
Melloy Dodge has a long history of sponsorship of charitable events. This summer, Melloy Dodge donated a fully-loaded 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Sport Edition to be raffled off in support of the Ten-82 Foundation. This foundation supports fire fighters, police officers, and military members with personal hardships and medical expenses. Melloy Dodge has also donated to raffles, benefitting the Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers among many other local groups.
Last month, Melloy Dodge partnered with Storehouse West and The Storehouse of Greater Albuquerque for the “Drive Away Hunger” campaign, accepting donations of non-perishable food that was distributed to local needy families. Not only that, for every new and used car or truck purchased at the dealership, Melloy Dodge donated $100 worth of groceries to various local food banks.
Melloy Dodge is now honored to be partnering with KOAT 7 ABC to provide local children with winter coats. The KOATs for Kids campaign is going on now and Melloy Dodge is currently accepting new or gently used children’s winter coats through December 31st.
