OpenAire’s new, operable multi-pane skylight will benefit new projects, by offering the following:

A streamlined look. Flush-fit windows, hidden drive mechanisms and smooth interior frames create a clean and uncluttered appearance.

Smart operation. Skylights are controlled wirelessly with panels that slide open in silence at the touch of a button. A smart system with a rain sensor is also available.

Maintenance-free. Expertly engineered with the same emphasis on quality and excellence as OpenAire’s custom applications, standard skylights feature a thermally-broken aluminum frame and tempered laminated glass which won’t break down, corrode, or require repairs.

Beautifully green. OpenAire skylights contribute significantly to sustainable design and energy efficiency, and can help a project earn LEED credits. The self-contained solar power system means no electrical or wire hook-ups are needed, and the skylights improve daylighting. Plus, opening them up cools things down naturally, which means no AC is needed for occupant comfort.
