Although his prenuptial agreement with Kim Kardashian blocks him from speaking too intimately about their failed relationship, Kris Humphries appeared on Good Morning America Friday to talk about the split for the first time. Accompanied by his mother Debra, Humphries dodged answering certain questions, like if he still loves Kardashian, and repeatedly said he is concentrating on “moving forward.”
"I'm focused on just what I can control, which is being ready to play ball and supporting my mom and her cookie baking,” Humphries said. "Through everything I've just focused on family and preparing for basketball. Basketball is something I take really seriously and I continue to do that. You know, I'm just moving forward.”
When asked if he thought appearing on ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York’ played a part in the breakup, Humphries said, “I can’t say for sure. It’s the only time I’ve been married. I’ve been in front of cameras on the NBA since I was 19.”
Humphries responded to Kardashian’s October 31 divorce filing on December 1 with a petition for annulment. He cited fraud as the reason for his request.
