The Duggar family has planned a private memorial service for the baby girl Michelle Duggar miscarried late Sunday night at 16 weeks. Michelle and husband Jim Bob Duggar discovered their 20th child, a daughter they have named Jubilee Shalom, no longer had a heartbeat last Thursday during a routine ultrasound appointment.
A family rep said Michelle was hospitalized overnight Sunday as a precaution. She is expected to return home Monday. The memorial is planned for Wednesday, December 14.
"We would like to thank everyone for their prayers, emails and outpouring of love. As our whole family is grieving, we also know that God promises to work all things for good in our lives. Our prayer is that Jubilee's passing will help us all realize that this life is short, and our relationship with Jesus is the most important thing. He gives us a peace in our hearts as He guides us through whatever we might face,” Jim Bob wrote in a letter to fans.
