Diana Taurasi, Phoenix Mercury Star, Cited for DUI

Diana Taurasi, a WNBA star, has been cited for driving under the influence. The Phoenix Mercury guard was stopped at 2:30 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona for speeding.

The officer smelled alcohol and ordered a field sobriety test. Taurasi, 27, refused a breathalyzer test, so she was taken to a mobile DUI van where officers drew blood.

She was cited for DUI and released. No other details were available.
