Kevin Federline may be happy about Britney Spears’ engagement, but her other ex-husband is not. Jason Alexander, whose 55 hour marriage to Spears in 2004 was annulled, believes her engagement to Jason Trawick is “fake.”
"I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not. I think it's fake and I think people are afraid to say it,” Alexander tells Us Weekly magazine. "If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection. They look like they are going through the motions.”
"Sort of a nice way to sew it all up she marries her handler. That way she always has someone controlling her. It's sort of sad,” he added.
Meanwhile, Federline had only good things to say about about his ex’s upcoming wedding. “I'm really happy for her. I think he's a great guy," he said. “I've heard a lot about him. . . I've spoken to him quite a few times as of now. He seems like a really good guy. The kids speak highly of him [and] her family loves him.”
