This holiday season is turning out a tough one for Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice. Just five days before Christmas, Joe Giudice has been indicted by a Passaic County grand jury on one count of impersonation and one count of wrongful use of identifying information of another. If convicted, he faces up to 11 years in prison.
Giudice, 40, is accused of using his brother Piertro Giudice’s birth and marriage certificates to obtain a driver’s license earlier this year after his own license was suspended because of a DUI arrest. The fraudulent license was discovered by authorities when Pietro Giudice was pulled over in March.
A rep for the Giudice’s has not commented. No other details were immediately available.
