Andy Roddick withdraws from U.S. Davis Cup

Andy Roddick memorabilia

Andy Roddick withdrew from the U.S. Davis cup on Monday.  Roddick said he is withdrawing due to his hip injury.  Roddick slipped and fell on the grass in the eighth game of the fourth set on Sunday.  After the fall he continued to play for another hour and a half.  He finally gave in when Federer broke him for the first time in the entire match in the last game.  He is now being replaced by Mardy Fish.  Mardy Fish reached the third round at Wimbledon.  Roddick is currently ranked at No. 6, and Fish is ranked at No. 23.  We hope Andy Roddick has a speedy recovery.

Luckily for tennis fans Hollywood Collectibles has Andy Roddick memorabilia year round.  This memorabilia includes autographed photos and tennis balls.
