Killer Elite: starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Robert De Niro, Dominic Purcell and Adan Young. The action film follows a group of former British special forces agents as they battle a team of skilled assassins in order to rescue one of their own. Rated R
Moneyball: starring Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Robin Wright and Chris Pratt. The sports drama is based on the true story of how Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane put together a team using statistics and computer analysis to choose players. Rated PG 13
There Be Dragons: starring Charlie Cox, Wes Bentley, Dougray Scott, Unax Ugalde and Olga Kurylenko. The drama follows investigative journalist Robert Torres as he begins research on Opus Dei founder Josemaria Escriva. Robert’s best source, which happens to be his father, is less than forthcoming with information on Escriva. He soon discovers that his father and Escriva were close childhood friends. Rated PG 13
1911: starring Jackie Chan, Bingbing Li, Winston Chao, Joan Chen and Jaycee Chan. The historical drama is based on the series of violent rebellions that eventually led to the fall of China’s Qing Dynasty and the creation of the Republic of China. Not Rated
Higher Ground, starring Vera Farmiga, Joshua Leonard, Donna Murphy, John Hawkes, Dagmara Dominczyk and Nina Arianda. The drama centers on a woman who begins to seriously question her Christian faith after her marriage falls apart. Rated R
