Paparazzi photographer sues Lindsay Lohan over car accident

Bad girl Lindsay lohan is being sued by a photographer who alleges he was struck by her car as she attempted to flee from the paparazzi.

Grigor Baylan alleges that he had to be treated for orthopedic and neurological injuries after he was struck by Lohan’s car in January 2010.

Video footage of the incident shows a number of photographers standing outside a club waiting for celebs to emerge. The footage shows the Lohan’s vehicle speeding away and clipping the photographer. His left hand was severely injured after being struck by Lohan’s car.

Baylan is suing Lohan, her assistant Paola Demara and her management company TriStar Sports and Entertainment. Baylan said the assistant was included in the suit because she was driving the car under Lohan’s direction.

Baylan tried to settle with her insurance company but felt that it was an “insignificant offer.” An accomplished accident attorney can negotiate with insurance companies and in many instances are able to obtain a fair settlement.

However, if a client is not happy with a settlement offer, their accident attorney can take the guilty parties to court. Accidental injuries can be life-changing, some victims can become disabled. Medical costs and everyday bills will accumulate. Insurance companies don’t always pay a person what they deserve for their pain. An accident lawyer will fight to make certain their clients don’t have to pay for someone else’s negligence.
