Beginning June 29, Wendy's takes flavour-fanatics to the Far East with a new chicken temptation - Sweet & Spicy Asian Boneless Wings. Light and crispy-breaded chunks of premium, 100% whole chicken breast are hand-tossed in a spicy blend of Asian chilies, real pepper flakes and a hint of garlic. Building on Wendy's heritage of "fresh" innovation, the chain becomes the first major quick-service hamburger brand to introduce premium boneless wings, which can be served with Sweet & Spicy Asian, Bold Buffalo or Honey Barbeque sauce. "Our new boneless wings are as far as it gets from fast food. Sweet & Spicy Asian wings are something you'd find at an upscale restaurant, and now you can get them at Wendy's," says Wendy's Canada Director of Marketing Lisa Deletroz. "We're excited to offer customers a new way to enjoy Wendy's chicken. We believe the quality of our chicken and our proprietary signature sauces are another indicator of how Wendy's is waaaay better."
