Gilead Sciences Inc. will create 30 jobs over the next two years at its Irish manufacturing, packaging and distribution center. The San Mateo-based developer of HIV, hepatitis and cardiovascular drugs currently employs 125 people at the facility in Cork, according to the Irish Times. That will rise to 155 as Gilead (NASDAQ: GILD) establishes a “European financial shares services center” in Cork, the newspaper reported. Gilead opened the Cork facility in 2007 to serve European Union countries and other locations.
