Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced that its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology, Inc., has received an order for $1.3 million in high-power traveling wave tube amplifier (TWTA) equipment for satellite communications. The TWTA's will support uplink transmission for direct-to-home (DTH) high-speed Internet access over satellite.
