OC Securities is a full service trading firm serving small cap brokers, investors, and traders. The firm is operated by President and CEO Kenneth C. Scordo, COO Jacob Hewett, and CFO Stanley J. Mroz.
Kenneth Scordo handles the day to day administration and operations of OC Securities’ corporate, back office, and money management relationships. He takes on this role following 25 years working in administration, compliance, operations, retail and trading departments in the securities industries with a NASD-license. Mr. Scordo began his career on Wall Street following his graduation from Slippery Rock University.

Jacob Hewett has extensive experience with stock brokerage firms leading back to 1995 with Tradeway Securities, Inc. During his time at Tradeway Securities e worked side by side with Ken Scordo as they founded the company’s largest and most successful branch office in Irvine, California. The two later went on to establish what is now known as OC Securities.
Stanley Mroz is the CFO of OC Securities. He is highly experienced within the finance industry in the areas of restaurants, construction contractors, personal service industries, professionals, karate schools, automotive repair and dealership, travel, and art. He also has experience with IRS audits, payment plants, offers in compromise and sales tax audits, as well as personal financial planning and personal finances. Mroz received a Bachelors degree in accounting from San Jose State University in 1973 as well as a personal financial planning degree from the University of California Santa Cruz in 1988.
