Huron Consulting Group Inc. Shares declines nearly three quarters of their value in premarket trading Monday after the company pulled its full-year profit guidance, announced the exits of its CEO and chief financial officer and said it would restate some results.

"We believe the reputational risk associated with the restatement and its implications may be significant and difficult to repair, particularly in financial consulting," Tobey Sommer of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey wrote in a client note.
