Bank Of America Isn’t Good For America, Remove “America” From Your Name

“Bank of Despair-ica” Is More Suitable For Causing Feelings Of Futility and Loss of Hope To Borrowers

The economy needs a boost, you‘re not there, you’ve avoided to help bring it back by dragging your feet on modifications, principal reductions and even after admitting your fraudulent crimes, dirty tricks and signing a pact with the Attorney Generals of each state, the pain and suffering continues. The problem being is that the majority of those same Attorney Generals, with the exception of six, are their minions, along with almost the entire U.S. Senate, House of Representatives and many State Lawmakers in the country.

The citizens no longer have any say, you’ve purchased the best government that money can buy, you’ve ruined lives of families, seniors, disabled and even the lives of the families of our armed forces that have fallen victim to your callousness. In your hasty quest to foreclose you’ve even thrown out people that either don’t have a loan with you for their homes are paid for and didn’t deserve to be foreclosed on. You’ve done all this, you were not held fully accountable and all you say is “It was simply an error on our part, “and showing no remorse for your actions.

Here are some facts below from the public and factual files of the “Public Citizen” to back up the Mandell’s claims, that the government is bought and paid for therefore; preventing it from being there when average Americans need help.

In 2011 Bank of Despair-ica spent more than $3.2 million on lobbying expenditures, and 12 out of 16 lobbyists hired by Bank of Despair-ica had previously held positions in state/federal governments.
In 2012 the company PAC contributed $245,953 to members of the House Financial Services Committee.

The Bank of Despair-ica PAC has been one of the top 5 contributors among commercial banks to federal candidates every year for the past decade, giving a total of $12,595,165.
From 2002-2010 the company contributed approximately $6.7 million in corporate funds to political activity.

Company CEO Brian Moynihan is a member of the Business Roundtable, a trade association which spent $34.2 million on political activity in 2008. Bank of Despair-ica does not disclose contributions to trade associations which may be used to underwrite political activity.

Bank of Despair-ica paid $0 in federal taxes in 2009 and 2010, and received almost $1 billion back from taxpayers.

Yes, you’ve worked very hard to keep your purchased “Marionettes” dancing while you work the strings to “OUR GOVERNMENT.” You certainly are the “Puppet Masters, “ who are working those strings feverishly, solely for your own gain and that is why you will not help the Mandells or any other homeowners in the country to encourage a housing recovery.

The Mandells of West Haven, Ct. will continue to fight. Your bank recently offered them a “Trojan Horse” Take-It-Or-Leave-It modification with strings attached in the form of a settlement agreement asking them to surrender their first amendment rights to free speech, freedom of the press and most of all, the right to secure legal representation. They wisely refused your insincere and inadequate offer to make whole and repair the wounds they’ve suffered at the hands of your bank, but it fell woefully short of the target they wanted and now demand. In other words, they refuse to be “Marionettes” that will dance for you, when you want them to. In addition, your bank certainly insulted the Mandell’s intelligence by thinking they would quickly sign without reading between the lines of the agreement. You were sadly mistaken. Copies of this predatory settlement are now in the hands of First Amendment Advocate groups, The Public Citizen and the Occupy movement throughout the country. On the local level, the Mandells are now working closely with the Occupy New Haven, Hartford and Connecticut groups.

The Mandells are not fighting this war with Bank of Despair-ica simply for their own gain but to inform all U.S. homeowners of the possible threats on their rights and to encourage other homeowners to fight back and not roll-over for the financial Goliaths, so find your slingshots and ready yourselves for the battle ahead. Don’t give up or let up-no matter who your lender is. The Mandells have been contacted by an attorney regarding legal representation and he is quite interested due to the many acts of arrogant behavior by Bank of America from summoning the police to the borrower’s home to the receipt of a strange and upsetting package that he allegedly feels has all the earmarks of a mind game tactic by the bank. There is also the possibility that the many threatening calls of which the Mandells have numbers recorded could possibly be linked directly to the bank. This will all be dealt with in due time if any further provocations or acts of harassment take place.
