Johnson & Johnson JNJ - Abbott Filed a Lawsuit Against J&J's Claiming the Illegal Use of its Invention

Abbott Laboratories recently filed a lawsuit against J&J, which recently won a $1.67 billion patent-infringement verdict, claiming that J&J is using the invention of the company without permission.

The complaint which was filed states that Centocor's Stelara drug is made using technology developed by Abbott and protected by U.S. patents. The case was filed in federal court in Boston and asks to block use of its inventions and cash compensation.
