China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Ltd the Chinese mobile phone manufacturer said on Monday that it has made an agreement to acquire QiGi for a total of approximately USD12.5m.
Smartphone maker QiGi is bought for USD500,000 in cash plus 65.9m shares of TechFaith stock.
