UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, INC

While it is true that UPS has been sued in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego by the law firm of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP., UPS has not admitted to withholding as much as $100 million in overtime wages from account managers nationwide.

UPS is trading today up 0.35% between 53.24 - 53.95 on volume of 925,037.
