Schering-Plough Corporation., SGP
Schering-Plough Corp., a major maker of prescription, consumer and animal health products, spared $550,000 during the second quarter to lobby on health care reform, government reimbursement rates for medicines and generic biologic drugs, according to a recent disclosure form.
Schering-Plough also lobbied on reauthorization of the Children's Health Insurance Program, legislation affecting Food and Drug Administration oversight of drugs produced in other countries, and importation of cheaper from foreign country.
